Notice on change of reservation

  1. Only time and number of ticket can change.
  2. If you change your reservation, you must cancel all existing reservations and re-booking again.
  3. If you need to change your reserved ticket, you cancel all reserved tickets and re-book.
  4. Canceling the payment for an existing ticket takes about 3 to 5 days depending on your card type.

Notice on cancellation of reservation

  1. You can cancel a reserved ticket by clicking on “the Cancel button.” The cancellation fee can be charged depending on the departure date.
  2. Cancellation fee will be charged if the departure time passes without issuing or canceling a ticket while reserved(50% of the ticket price : within 3 hours before departure, 100% of the ticket price : 3 hours after departure).
  3. It takes three to five days(depending on credit or check cards) for cancellation of limousine ticket reservation, and you can check the cancellation status by contacting the card company afterwards.
  4. In case of a cancellation fee, only the amount excluding the cancellation fee from the total payment, will be cancelled.

Cancellation - If cancelled two days prior to the date of departure
- Within one hour of the time of purchase(booking)(including the day of departure) and the cancellation is made one hour before departure		 No cancellation fee
- Within 2 days(48 hours) of the date of departure and when cancelled one hour after the time of purchase and one hour before departure 10% of the ticket price
- Within one hour before departure and 15 minutes before departure 20% of the ticket price
- Cancellation 15 minutes before departure 30% of the ticket price
- Cancellation 3 hours before departure 50% of the ticket price
- After 3 hours after departure (No cancellation)
- Automatic cancellation of reserved tickets after 3 hours of departure		 100% of the ticket price
