Usage Guide

  1. As an advance booking through this website is processed online in real time, you must check your reservation status through the booking reference menu in case you are unable to check the reservation status due to circuit or other communication problems.
  2. When issuing a reserved ticket, you must carry a reserved card with you. You can get a ticket by presenting a reserved card after confirming that you made a reservation at the ticket window, or entering the reservation number into the unmanned ticket machine.
  3. Your ticket cannot be issued after the departure time. Please arrive at the terminal earlier than departure time to avoid terminal congestion.
  4. The use of some check or corporate card may be restricted when you reserve tickets.
  5. If you have lost the card used to make the reservation or get it reissued, you can get a ticket by presenting the credit card(used at the time of reservation) number at the ticket window.
